Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
Orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm at business addresses and between 9am and 7pm at residential addresses. As we make all our floral arrangements fresh on the day of delivery and considering pick up times, most standard deliveries will arrive in the afternoon.

 Some deliveries may be completed before lunchtime if items are ordered atleast a day before delivery and if your chosen suburb is near to Thornhill Park. Orders that are placed on the day would be delivered later in the afternoon. Ultimately, we ensure that your gift is being delivered as soon as we can.

Same Day Delivery

Orders placed by 10am can be delivered on the same day.

Express Delivery/Specific Times

If you would like an express delivery (before 3pm) for your order, please contact us by 6pm the day before the desired delivery date. We will try our best to make arrangements but if we cannot do so, we will inform you when you get in touch with us.

We are sorry that regrettably we cannot offer specific delivery times. But you are welcome to request a preferred timeframe for delivery using the special instructions field on the checkout page. We will try and accommodate your request to our best ability.

Delivery Date
We guarantee to deliver your order on the date you select (chosen during checkout), as long as there are no delivery issues, for example, incorrect delivery address or there is nobody to accept the delivery and nowhere safe to leave the delivery.

Public Holidays
We currently do not deliver on public holidays.

Please note that if you place an order to be delivered the day before a public holiday and there is a delivery issue such as incorrect address or nobody to accept the delivery and nowhere safe to leave the delivery and we are unable to resolve or get in touch with you on that day, we will not be able to re-deliver until the next business day.

We will contact you if any issue arises, but due to the perishable nature of flowers, there will be an additional fee to remake your order and a re-delivery fee. For a smooth and accomplished service, please ensure that the correct address is entered and that someone is available to receive the delivery if there is no safe place to leave the order.

Undeliverable Items
In case of any unplanned situation where there is no one to receive the order, we will try to leave the flowers in a cool and safe place. However, if we are unable to do so for any reason, we will try to contact you as soon as possible for further instructions. Lastly if unsuccessful, we will leave a message in the mailbox and the delivery will be returned to us.

Please let us know if you would prefer a redelivery instead of leaving safe, by providing additional delivery instructions in the special instructions field during checkout. If a redelivery or forwarding address is requested, you will be charged an additional delivery fee equal to the cost of delivery to the suburb.

Please provide as much information as required and verify it before submitting for a smooth and quick delivery.

At many destinations like larger businesses and hospitals, the policy for deliveries could be for it to be left at the reception or at a mailroom to be passed on to the recipient. In these instances, we will leave the item(s), in accordance to the destination's policies. We will not be able to make sure that the gift is passed on to the recipient by reception, the mailroom or a co-worker who accepted it on behalf of the recipient, so we are unable to accept the responsibility thereafter.  However, if you are unsure whether your gift was received successfully, please contact us, we will then check it with the recipient.

Notifications
An email will be sent to the gift sender's email address that you provide on checkout to let you know that the delivery has been completed. We will also include any relevant delivery notes in case you need to relay any further instructions to the recipient to collect their delivery - such as if the delivery was dropped at the reception.
